GAME TICKETS

Individual game tickets are available at the Arena Box Office, ticketmaster.com or by calling TicketMaster at 203.368.1000 (Advance Sales Only).
SEASON TICKETS

For 40 game, 20 game and 12 game flex packs, call 203.334.GOAL(4625) and ask for an Account Executive.

GROUP TICKETS / BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

What are the box office hours?

Monday – Friday 10 am – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed (Except on game days)
On game days 10am through 1 hour into event
How do I buy tickets the day of the game?

Game day tickets can be purchased through the box-office outside of the arena.
Is handicap seating available?

Yes. Handicap seating is available throughout the Arena. Call the Arena at Harbor Yard at 203.345.2400 for seating availability.
How do I get to the arena?

How much is parking?

Parking is available for a $5.00 flat fee.
How can I get a name on the Digital Display Board?

You can have your name illuminated on the scoreboard for a $20 donation to the New York Islanders Childrens Foundation. Please call us at least 24 hours prior to the game to process this request. Call 203.334.GOAL(4625).
How long do games last?

A regulation game consists of 3 – 20 minute periods with 2 – 20 minute intermissions totaling 1 hr 40 min. Overtime and shootouts can increase the game time.
